Jeff Maling: President & Chief Experience Officer
As Chief Experience Officer, Jeff is responsible for establishing the user experience vision that drives the development of our service offerings, methodology and vendor relationships. Together with the Chief Technology Officer, Jeff shapes a unified vision of user experience and technology that is the essence of Roundarch. Jeff has 16 years of experience shaping interactive and multi-channel strategies for clients that include The Hershey Company, US Air Force, MCI, Centers for Disease Control, CIBC, The State of California, Pitney Bowes, Cable & Wireless, Mutual of Omaha and British Telecom. Prior to joining Roundarch, Jeff played a major role in the CRM strategy group at Deloitte Consulting where he served clients from their Chicago, London and Boston offices. Before joining Deloitte Consulting, Jeff served in Accenture’s Boston office. Jeff has an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also holds both an MA and BA in history from Tufts University.
