An essential but often overlook aspect of developing a world class web presence is content analysis. Understanding the true nature of the content that underlies a site presence is essential to designing a next generation experience. In the end, the content is the source of truth for a site. Without understanding it, sites are destined to miss the mark. It is understandable why companies often skip this exercise. It is painstaking and often labor intensive work. But once complete, it provides an essential ingredient to an overall site redesign.
