As Senior Vice President of Services, Jim is responsible for overseeing the quality of our client work. Jim is also responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. Jim's knowledge of Internet technologies, methodologies, enterprise delivery and market trends helps Roundarch and its clients be successful. Prior to joining Roundarch, Jim led the financial services practice at Avenue A / Razorfish where he served clients from their New York, Boston and Florida offices. Jim's deep understanding of creative design, information architecture, channel integration and technology provided clients such as JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, MetLife, Morgan Stanley and NCCI with highly desirable user-centered solutions. Jim has more than 18 years of financial services experience as both a buyer of professional services and a consultant. Jim has a BS in Economics Management from Ithaca College.
